Large plain-woven linen panel bordered with stem- and satin-stitched floral vine border centering tree, bird, and flower motifs in top and bottom margin, an interior line border forms a double-arched tablet reserve inscribed 'Caroline Emerson / Aged. 14 Yrs' above nine ruled rows of alphabets and numbers, the last ending with May 1801 date, mounted in glazed frame, sight, 12 x 18 1/4 in.
