Raked back with serpentine crest flanked by shaped ogee wings lapped over downward sloping horizontal rolled arms, flaring to conform with trapezoidal seat rail, which is raised on tapered reeded front legs joined to out-swept rear legs with plain stretchers, (not examined under later damask upholstery), 86cm wide, 83cm deep, 116cm high (34in wide, 33 1/2in deep, 46 1/2in high).
