Light scuffing and soiling to covers, margins slightly trimmed, light scattered foxing. Rubbed, corners bumped, gift inscription dated 1937, first title-page torn at lower outside corner and repaired with slight loss of text, first 3 leaves tipped to stubs, worming, numerous paper repairs to top edge margins and corners, scattered dampstaining and some marginal tape repairs. FIRST EDITION, together with a later edition, of this chronicle Spanish of King Alfonso XI, who was instrumental in the Reconquista, taking Grenada and Gibraltar from the Moors.
