TWO ENGLISH RIMFIRE REVOLVERS, c. third quarter of the 19th century. A revolver marked 'J.BRYCE/EDINBURGH' with 3 3/4 in., .36 caliber blued octagonal barrel, frame and seven-shot cylinder with Birmingham proof marks, the right side of the barrel with case extractor lever; checkered walnut grips. Overall lg. 8 1/4 in. A small cased unmarked folding trigger revolver with 2 in., .22 caliber barrel, the six-shot cylinder and frame with Birmingham proof marks, plain walnut grips; housed in a black leather covered case lined with purple silk/velvet. Overall lg. 4 3/4 in. Condition: The Bryce revolver retains approx. 60% bluing, action functions properly. The cased revolver retains traces of nickel plating, action functions properly, case is worn on the interior.
