Portfolio of 21 imperial albumen prints primarily of Yosemite, but also the California Redwoods, Shasta, and the Cascades, 8 x 12 1/4 inch albumen prints, mounted on board 19 x 16 inches, each with printed calligraphic title, gilt edges and stub long left edge where removed from volume, c.1880, disbound, housed in original publisher's morocco binding, gilt, with 'Watkins Yosemite Gallery' gilt to spine. A FINE COLLECTION OF WATKINS IMPERIAL PRINTS MOSTLY OF YOSEMITE, housed loose in the original brown morocco gallery binding, but disassembled. Of the 21 prints, 12 are of Yosemite, 4 of Mariposa, 2 of Mt Shasta, and 3 of the Cascades in Oregon.
