Splayed rim ornamented with elaborate floral sprigs in white enamel, the cavetto outlined with dense gilt and rouge-de-fer enamel scroll band, and encircling mantled arms of SEYS of Monmouth, Azure six plates on a chief or a demi lion rampant gules, quartering SEYS of Glamorgan, Sable a chevron between three spears heads embrued gules, above a banner lacking inscription diam. 8 7/8, ht. 1 in.
