Footnotes: Provenance Betty Voorh (Elizabeth Cornell Benton). Sherry Friend (acquired as a gift from the previous, circa 1970s). N.B. While working on her Master's thesis on Joseph Cornell ('Joseph Cornell: Sun in the Snow', 1976), Sherry Friend interviewed Cornell's sister, Betty Voorh (Elizabeth Cornell Benton).
