Board, ht. 33, wd. 28 1/4 in. Footnotes: Provenance By family descent to the consignor. Note Almira Douglass was born 27 May 1813 in Freetown, Massachusetts, and died in 1877. She married Thomas H. Anthony on 17 October 1839 in New Bedford, Massachusetts. John Samuel Blunt was active in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is known for his distinctive lifelike portraits.
