Brooch stamped to reverse 'C&F' (possibly for Cropp & Farr), 9CT and numbered (possibly 5550 P). Spot of solder visible to reverse of leaf motif. Pin fitting secure. ZIRCON Measuring approx. 6.7 x 6.8 x 5.1 and 6.5 x 6.2mm, depth not possible due to setting. Bright and lively, displaying medium light blue hue, with excellent transparency. Eye visible abrasion to the facet edges, particularly around the table, with a couple of small chips to the girdle visible with magnification. DIAMONDS Displaying a soft lustre.
