ENAMEL AND DIAMOND REGIMENTAL BROOCH OF THE 17TH LANCERS, 19TH CENTURY Red, white and blue enamel Rose-cut diamonds Mounted in silver and gold Length 3.6cm Weight approx. 8.5g Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION Some surface wear to unhallmarked metal (testing as 16ct gold and silver, pin fitting testing as copper) in the form of scuffs and scratches commensurate with age. Some discolouration to metal. Pin fitting slightly bent but appears secure. ENAMEL Some eye visible losses to enamel.
