Psp. gebräunt und knickspurig.Maße: Pl. 56,1 x 42,9 cm, Bl. 56 x 42,9 cm, Psp. 69 x 55,5 cm.Giorgio Ghisium 1512 Mantua 1582 ebendaDer italienische Kupferstecher, Maler und Tausiator lernte wohl bei A. Veneziano oder G.B. Scultori. Mit 20 Jahren ging er nach Rom, wo er verschiedene Arbeiten nach Michelangelo stach und sich mit Tauschierarbeiten und Damaszierungen beschäftigte. Anschließend war er in Frankreich tätig, wo er in Fontainebleau v.a. Stiche nach Primaticcio fertigte. Ab 1550 war er in Antwerpen, kehrte jedoch ab 1556 über Frankreich nach Mantua zurück.
