GEORGE I PAIR OF SILVER CANDLESTICKS, Anthony Nelme, London, 1719. Each on stepped square base with incurved corners, the stem rising out of a sunk well with basel and shoulder knop, shaped nozzle. Engraved coat of arms to base. Marked at the bottom: Britannia Standard, lion's head, date letter "D", maker's mark. Tog.c. 844g. Minor wear.
