Quadrante firmato Cénéric Fromgé à Paris, con ore in numeri romani, fascia oraria circondata da simboli zodiacali in metallo dorato; lancette Breguet. Movimento con suoneria delle ore e delle mezze. Francia, 1840-50. An imposing yellow marble and dark patina bronze French mantel clock. Portraying Urania, muse of Astronomy, on a yellow marble and dark patina bronze plynth. The dial is signed Cénéric Fromgé à Paris, showing hours in Roman numerals; the hours are surrounded by the Zodiac symbols, in cast metal, gilt. Breguet style hands.
