The sale date is Saturday, September 23, 2023.

The sale of lots will start at 3:00 pm (Brussels time).

The sale venue is located at Gruuss-Strooss, 19 - L9991 WEISWAMPACH (Luxembourg).

It will be possible to bid online on GOLDFIELD AUCTION (with video feedback) but also on LOT-TISSIMO, DROUOT DIGITAL, THE SALEROOM, INVALUABLE, LIVE AUCTIONNEERS. Exhibition by appointment.

A. General terms and conditions of sale apply

B. Lots will be sold without warranty, "as is". Descriptions and information (weight, measurements, material, condition, etc.) are given for information purposes only (PLEASE CHECK THE INFORMATION YOU FIND ESSENTIAL BEFORE THE SALE).

C. Winning bids will be confirmed to buyers. They will be asked for their shipping and payment options. Payment for winning lots must be made immediately. In accordance with articles L. 222-4, L. 222-9 and L. 222-10 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer/consumer has a right of withdrawal. The buyer/consumer has a period of 14 days after receipt of the purchased lot(s) to exercise his right of withdrawal. After dispatch or collection of the lot(s), the condition for exercising this right of withdrawal is the request, prior to the sale, for confirmation of the information/description elements that appear essential. The lots are supposed to be collected from our offices in Weiswampach. As delivery of the lot(s) is an optional service, delivery costs will not be reimbursed if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The buyer will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the lot(s) must be received by Goldfield in good condition or at least in the condition in which they were shipped by Goldfield. The right of withdrawal does not apply (even if the information has been confirmed) to precious metal objects (gold, silver, platinum, etc.), precious stones (diamonds, pearls, etc.) and perishable goods (wine, etc.).

D. For bids made via the goldfield.auction website, via a purchase order, or via a telephone order, the purchaser will pay 28% in fees (all taxes included) in addition to the bid.

D.1. A surcharge of 4% will be invoiced if the bids come from a partner platform: LOT-TISSIMO, DROUOT, THE SALEROOM, 51BIDLIVE, INVALUABLE and LIVE AUCTIONEERS.

E. No additional charges are applied to the payment method.

F. COLLECTION / DELIVERY: Lots must be collected from our premises in WEISWAMPACH. Goldfield can arrange shipment of lots at the buyer's expense and responsibility.

F.2. Packages over 30kg cannot be shipped (except in exceptional cases at Goldfield's discretion and subject to quotation). Even under 30kg, certain lots are considered undeliverable by Goldfield (size, bulk, weight, ...), Goldfield reserves the right to deliver or not a lot.
