We offer in-house Worldwide shipping Using DHL Express.
The shipping cost are the following:
to send within UK £ 20
to send within EU £ 40
to send outside the EU £ 50
All our shipments are done via DHL Express.
Those shipping costs do not include insurance, if insurance is needed it is charged at 1.5% of the total cost of the invoice.
Please note that shipments outside of the UK are subject to Tax and duty and potential import/export licenses, which are outside our control.

1. Rights of Etrusca’s : In the event of non-payment or failure to collect, Etrusca’s reserves the right to pursue remedies including but not limited to:
- Seeking damages for breach of contract.
- Reselling the item and holding the buyer responsible for any deficiency in proceeds.
- Charging storage fees of £10 per day (plus VAT).
- Charging interest on unpaid balances at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- Retaining any items bought by the buyer until full payment is made.
P. Third-Party Liability
1. Visitor Responsibility : Visitors to Etrusca’s premises do so at their own risk. Etrusca’s will not be held liable for personal injury, death, or damage to property except where caused by the negligence of Etrusca’s or its employees.
Q. Public and Online Auctions
1. Classification of Auctions : All auctions held by Etrusca’s, whether in person or via telephone/online, are considered public auctions in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Sale of Second-Hand Goods : All items sold are second-hand and are sold "as seen." Therefore, they are exempt from certain protections under the Sale of Goods Act 1989.
