Umur (age): Paku Buwono X (1866-1939).
Asal (origin): Surakarta and attributed to Empu Wirosukadgo.
The Keris with a straight hand forged Wilah (blade), consists of Pamor steel forged in different layers of iron (with fine pattern type: ‘Tritik’). Dapur in very high quality ‘Jalak Ngore’ shape. Old silver-gilded Mendak (cuff) of ‘Angkup Randu’ type, between hilt and blade. Ukiran (Keris hilt) in ‘Yudo Winatan’ shape, and carved from Tayuman wood carved. Very fine carved Warangka (sheath) of ‘Gayaman Gandhon Kagok’ type (‘kidney’ shaped) and made from Pelet Mbelang Sapi wood patiently carved by hand. Gandar (body) (body) with brass Pendok (cover), the Blewah in Tombak with ‘Lung Worawari’ pattern.
Note 1: High quality Keris from a spiritual Empu. Together with his brother Joyosukadgo, he was the personal Empu of Sunan Paku Buwono X.
