WW2 German Army M-35 Double Decal Steel Combat Helmet, excellent example of a M-35 pattern steel combat helmet which has followed the 1940 regulations and has been overpainted with a rough textured combat paint finish to the exterior of the shell, with just remains of the national tri-colour now visible. Toned German army (Heer) decal still present, about 85% still remaining. Helmet retains all of the early apple green paint to the inside. Interior is complete with its original leather liner and with the remains of the leather chinstrap. Helmet shell is stamped “ET62” and rear skirt “3976”.
