Ce soldat est inhumé au cimetière de Marigny dans la Manche. Peinture granité camouflée trois tons fondus, sable/ocre/vert à 95%. Côté gauche, l'insigne semble avoir été découvert, de ce fait la peinture camouflé est manquante. A noter une légère patine et usure de la pièce. Casque laissé dans son état de découverte. Illustrée page 53 du livre 75 objets du Débarquement de Normandie. Attestation originale de provenance signée de Bertrand Paris jointe avec un exemplaire de l'ouvrage. This soldier is buried in the cemetery of Marigny in the Département de la Manche. In a soft-edged camouflage paint in three colors, tan / ocher / 95% green. On the left-hand side the insignia appears to come through where the camouflage paint is missing. Note a slight patina and wear of the item.
