Johnnie Walker-48 year old-Masters of Flavour Distilled, Blended and Bottled by John Walker & Sons Limited. Bottle number 26. Batch number F18/JLB/3. In Baccarat crystal decanter, accompanied with crystal stopper. Housed in wooden presentation case. Engraved labelling. One of the most precious malts in this whisky is from at least 48 year old Brora whisky. 700ml. Blended., 41.8% volume. 1 crystal decanter Footnotes: Tasting note Nose: A soft and gentle smoke, reminiscent of seaweed and salty air, gives way to rich dried fruits. Subtle candied fruit and black cherry aromas emerge, combining with cloves and crushed cocoa nibs. Notes of molasses linger with leather-bound books before smoke gently weaves back though the senses. Palate: Rich fruit flavours burst with currants before a gentle spice starts to build.
