A Time / Prime Time Clapper Board Dated '16 Nov. 77,' the production title inscribed beneath the clapper, 'Time / Prod #335'; Director field marked, 'Dick Feldham'; Camera field marked 'Frank Leonetti'; with the Production Company field left blank; with Velcro numbers and letters affixed to front and back of board for scene changes. Offensive to some and hilarious to others, Prime Time (changed from the original title, Time) was a film of the Kentucky Fried Movie (1977) variety in which segmented parodies about television shows and commercials of the day were produced. Unlike Kentucky Fried Movie, however, Prime Time was low budget and did not stand the test of time, even having its title changed once again to American Raspberry. Harry Shearer of The Simpsons TV series and This is Spinal Tap (1984) fame is one of the rare recognizable performers in the film. Nevertheless, Prime Time stands as one of the few examples of this type of genre and provides an interesting look at the zeitgeist of the mid 1970s. 10 x 8 x 0.5 in. Lot to be sold without reserve. Buyers' Premium and Charges

27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of $50,000 up to and including $1,000,000;

and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of $6,000,000.
A 3rd-party bidding platform fee (the "3rd-party bidding platform fee") equal to 4% of THE BID PRICE shall be payable by buyers whose successful bid is submitted via 3rd-party bidding platforms, including Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.

Shipping Notices

Oversized Lots
Please note that all lots marked with a W in the catalog are oversized and subject to additional storage and shipping methods. All additional lots purchased with W lots are considered group lots and will be subject to the same terms as W lots.
W Lots will be transferred to offsite storage at DTD Fine Art Services at the buyer's risk and expense within five (5) business days following the auction. Please contact the Client Services team at bids.us@bonhams.com for the exact movement date.
