There is also an inscription on the reverse: Ram/Nibab Muhammad Sa Khan/kitab/Karnail Mukhtiyar daulau//kalam citara Bhati Sivdas Udairam ra ri samvat 1880 Maha suda 4 bud ('the work of the artist Bhatti Shiv Das, son of Udairam, Wednesday the 4th tithi of the bright half of the month Magha in samvat 1880' [4th February 1824]).
