Aiguière en argent, Paris, 1768-1769 Silver ewer by Pierre Lefebvre, Paris, 1768-1769 De forme balustre posant sur un piédouche à décor de médaillons feuillagés et rubanés et branches de lauriers. L'anse ajourée à attache en forme de palmette et branches de roseau. Le couvercle à charnière et appui pouce feuillagé. Baluster-shaped, resting on a pedestal with decorations of leafy medallions, ribbon motifs, and laurel branches. The openwork handle has an attachment in the form of a palmette and reed branches. The hinged lid includes a leaf-adorned thumb rest, height: 26cm; weight: 1105g.
