Payment Notices
By registering, each bidder authorises RWHA to use their personal details for invoicing purposes and in accordance with the terms of their Privacy Policy and also to share their personal details with Bonhams for use in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
RWHA will be managing the invoicing and payment for all lots. Invoices will be issued by the charity shortly after the sale closes, with details of how to make your donation and any added ARR premium that may apply. Swift payment will be greatly appreciated.
Buyers Premium and Charges
Bonhams is pleased to waive all our fees, including buyer's premium. Please note that lot 6 is marked with 'AR' and is subject to Artist's Resale Right. There will be an additional 4% premium charged to the Buyer, relating to the payment of royalties under the Artist's Resale Right Regulations.
