Two creamware teapots and covers and a coffee pot and cover, circa 1770-75 The entwined handles with varying foliate terminals, the globular teapot with rouletted borders and an unusual ribbed spout, painted in red and black with exuberant floral sprays, 13.4cm high, the pear-shaped teapot with rouletted ropetwist borders and painted with cherries and floral sprigs, 13.2cm high, the coffee pot with acanthus-leaf moulding around the base of the spout, painted with large flower sprays and scattered sprigs and leaves, the domed cover with a pointed finial, 24cm high (6) Footnotes: Provenance With Jonathan Horne Antiques The uncommon ribbed spout on the larger teapot is not recorded by Donald Towner, Creamware (1978), Appendix 1.
