Bonnes Mares 2019 Domaine Denis Mortet (ex-domaine) 1 bottle Footnotes: '...in 2018 I had never had to drop so much fruit in my life whereas in 2019 I didn't have to drop any as it seemed clear from the beginning that it was not going to be an abundant harvest. I used from 30 to 70% whole clusters for all the wines, including the Bourgogne, and vinified softly during an 18 to 20-day total cuvaison (complete fermentation). I really like the style of the 2019 vintage and while it's not yet in bottle, up to this point I am extremely happy with the results. I just wish there was more of it!' – Arnaud Mortet ' ... Here too there is very fine volume to the intense, palate staining and evidently muscular flavors that coat the mouth with dry extract while offering a superbly persistent and quite firmly structured finish...
