Twelve Connecticut-themed Blue and White Transferware Table Items Staffordshire, England, early 19th century Assembled collection includes: Five items depicting the Wadsworth Tower: a cup and saucer impressed with mark of Enoch Wood & Sons (1818-46), Burslem; one custard cup impressed 'D' inside a circle on bottom; one covered sugar bowl with printed marks '23' and '25' on bottom; and one covered teapot impressed '8' on bottom, (teapot) wd. 12, dp. 5 1/2, ht. 8 in. One large wheel-thrown pitcher with low pedestal foot and galleried rim transfer-printed with vine border pattern attributed to Ralph Stevenson (1810-35), Cobridge, one wall depicting engraved print of the Deaf and Dumb Asylum at Hartford and the other, the New York City Almshouse, the bottom transfer-printed with two italic '6' marks in cobalt, ht. 8 in. Teabowl and saucer depicting the Connecticut State House, the bottom of saucer impressed with three-masted ship mark of Andrew Stevenson (1810-27), Cobridge, above the letter 'C' and transfer-printed with pattern title 'State House'; the bottom of bowl impressed with a grid mark in circular reserve, with printed pattern title 'State House' and additional marks in cobalt, saucer diam. 5 1/2 in. Teabowl and saucer depicting Connecticut State House as above, with impressed mark of Andrew Stevenson on bottom of saucer and printed pattern title 'State House / HARTFORD' in cobalt, a mark also printed on the bottom of bowl, saucer diam. 5 1/2 in. Buyers' Premium and Charges

28% on the first $50,000 of the hammer price;
27% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of $50,000 up to and including $1,000,000;
21% of the hammer price of amounts in excess of $1,000,000 up to and including $6,000,000;
and 14.5% of the hammer price of any amounts in excess of $6,000,000.

A 3rd-party bidding platform fee (the "3rd-party bidding platform fee") equal to 4% of THE BID PRICE shall be payable by buyers whose successful bid is submitted via 3rd-party bidding platforms, including Invaluable; Live Auctioneers; The Saleroom; Lot-tissimo.

Oversized Lots
