A STARR MODEL 1863 SINGLE ACTION ARMY CONVERSION REVOLVER, 1863-65. Serial number 37829, converted to .44-40 cartridge caliber, blued round barrel and frame, the right side of the barrel marked 'C', the left side of the barrel and frame marked 'M'; the left side of the frame marked 'STARR ARMS Co. NEW.YORK' and the right side of the frame marked 'STARRS PATENT JAN. 15. 1856'; plain walnut grip. Barrel lg. 8, overall lg. 13 3/4 in. Condition: Very good overall condition, bluing has wear and scattered spots/areas of surface oxidation, grips have dings, dents and gouges, action functions properly.
