Very light wear, some traces of price sticker adhesive on back panel. FIRST EDITION, SIGNED by the author on the half-title. A striking and memorable work by a troubled author, Leaving Las Vegas was O'Brien's first novel, and the only one to be published during his lifetime. Two weeks after learning that the book was to be adapted into a film, O'Brien took his own life. SOLD TO BENEFIT THE BLACK MOUNTAIN INSTITUTE.
