Covers with toning at spine, light thumbsoiling. Provenance: Private Collection, Beverly Hills. SIGNED ('For Jack, David Hockney') at the lower right corner of the upper wrapper. Rare 34-page investor's brochure for a proposed LA-branch of Langan's famous West End brasserie. Hockney provides the vibrant cover and an illustration of a lobster internally. The proposal is for a restaurant at the Beverly Center located at the corner of Beverly and La Cienega Boulevards.
