ENAMEL, CULTURED PEARL AND AGATE CAMEO BROOCH, CIRCA 1865 BROCHE CAMEE AGATE, EMAIL ET PERLES DE CULTURE, CIRCA 1865 • French assay marks for 18 carat yellow gold (750°/00) • Agate cameo depicting a profile of a woman • Numerous cultured pearls • Black enamel accents • French maker's mark • Measurements: 5.40 x 4.30 cm • Gross weight: 40.50 grams Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION: Metal tested and stamped for 18 carat gold; pin clasp; superficial wear in the form of minor scratches; sign of welding at the back of the mount; enamel deficient; small chips on women's profile; overall good condition.
