Typed Carbon of 'Mata Hari,' 170 pp, 4to, Culver City, CA, September 30, 1930 (retyped February 15, 1933), housed in goldenrod MGM wrappers with typed label to upper cover, stamped 'File Copy,' some thumbing throughout, last leaf loose but present. Continuity copy of Garbo's classic spy tale, the most commercially successful of all her films. Four writers share credit on Mata Hari (though none are listed on this copy): Benjamin Glazer, Leo Birinsky, Doris Anderson and Gilbert Emery. MGM's script department produced this typed carbon continuity script two years after the release of the film.
