A Southern Plains beaded strike-a-lite pouch Cáuigú/Ka'igwu (Kiowa), late fourth quarter 19th century, made from commercial leather, fully beaded on the front and half of the back in typical Kiowa red, blue and white, with large German silver button and tin cone danglers from the bottom of the flap, and bottom seam of the case, with two long, twisted hide drops from each bottom corner. size of pouch including tin cones 6 1/2 x 3 3/4, lg. including drops 13 in.
