A cut and engraved glass tea bottle and stopper, late 18th century Of rectangular form with canted corners, the shoulder cut with facets, inscribed 'GREEN' on one side and with the initials 'M L' on the other, all amongst stylised floral sprays, a bird perched on one, the sides with further floral sprays, the hollow ball stopper also faceted, 16.5cm high (2) Footnotes: A similar tea canister inscribed 'BOHEA' was sold by Bonhams on 8 December 2004, lot 113.
