A Les Leston 'Protex' two-piece race suit, l970s, worn by Dave Rayner in late 1970s-1980s, each piece with maker's label, finished white with blue white striping to arms and legs and original Dunlop patches, the jacket breast pocket with later Dunlop patch, Les Leston Protex patch to left arm, used condition, the jacket size 38. Footnotes: Dave Rayner raced at Brands Hatch in the 1970's and early 1980s, then competed in Rallycross events in 1980s in this suit. (See archive photographs on the Bonhams website).
