A PAIR OF FAMILLE ROSE STANDING MODELS OF COCKERELS 20th century The brown-enamelled body plumage contrasting with the multi-coloured wing and tail feathers and yellow heads, both standing astride a pierced creamy-grey rockwork base. 13.5cm (5 1/4in) high. (2). Footnotes: 二十世紀 粉彩仿生公雞 一對 Provenance: Gutmann collection (probably Herbert M. Gutmann (1879-1942), Herbertshof) Hans (1888-1966) and Ludmilla Arnhold (1894-1976) acquired in Europe (according to the collector's index card) A European private collection Compare with a related pair of famille rose standing cockerels, Qianlong, which was sold at Christie's London, 18 June 2022, lot 269.
