Single Aquamarine Crystal with Muscovite on Acrylic Base Shigar Valley, Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan This superlative miniature features an absolutely limpid, 5.65 cm long, pale blue, color-zoned aquamarine prism with sharp edges and termination, associated with an extraordinarily aesthetic, fully hexagonal, clean muscovite rosette and minor cleavelanditic albite on the side, giving the piece a very high aesthetic appeal. Smaller muscovite hexagons attached to the 'back' of the specimen lend a spangled look when viewed through the gemmy crystal. Another bit of cleavelandite and the base grounds the piece. Measuring approximately 5.65 x 1.7 x 1.5 cm. Height 8 cm with acrylic base.
