Two Azurite Specimens Milpillas Mine, Sonora, Mexico This lot consists of two fine miniature azurite specimens from a locality that produces among the best for the species. Rich, vibrant blue in color the crystals in this fine, small cabinet specimen have excellent luster and terminations. With minute malachite crystals visible to the reverse side, measuring approximately 4.9 x 4.7 x 1.7 cm. Together with a smaller lustrous miniature specimen comprising large, bladed azurite crystals which revolve around a central point creating a 'rose' formation, measuring approximately 4.9 x 3.2 x 2.7 cm.
