A large George IV silver nutmeg grater John Reily, London 1825 Rectangular form, engine-turned basket weave decoration to the whole with plain borders, the hinged cover featuring a plain rectangular cartouche centrally inscribed with the monogram 'ELT' in script, opening via a long curving thumbpiece to reveal a fixed steel grater, the base opening via a flush hinge to one side, height 2.5cm, length 5.5cm, weight 2.5oz.
