Hand-seamed bucket with leather-wrapped wooden rim and rope handle, repaired leather hinges on later iron O-rings, the frontispiece painted with a nude female figure with winged helmet and feet, encircled by a red and white banner inscribed 'KING / ACTIVE / 182[5]', (restoration, second paint), wd. 8 3/4, dp. 9, ht. to rim 12 3/4 in.
