The relief carved panel with a central medallion featuring a bust of Abraham Lincoln flanked by two United States flags, the left side with carved eagle, statue of Liberty, soldiers, tanks, a zeppelin and battleship; the right side with a carved eagle, airplane, submarine, cavalry soldiers, artillery, and the United States Capitol building, all framed within a carved repeating arch border.
