The hardwood pillar turned with double-ring molding at regular intervals, surmounted by a compound-molded patera with three large pegs screwed to angled top edge, six small bamboo-turned pegs tenoned in staggered positions below, raised on three splayed and bracketed legs tenoned above and below ring-turned sphere base, old painted and stained surfaces, 63cm wide, 58cm deep, 193cm high (25 1/2in wide, 23in deep, 76in high).
