Assorted trinket boxes and ornaments, including two oval brooches; one ceramic token depicting the King of Clubs and inscribed 'Triple.'; one book-form paper box; one round turned wood box with engraved portrait set into lid; three ormolu-mounted porcelain boxes with painted Continental marks; and nine enameled copper Battersea-style boxes, including two round boxes painted with flowers, two oval boxes with textural molding and painting on lids, one oval box with blue-glazed base and portrait of Wellington on cover, one with molded base and painted river scene in oval border on lid, one smaller box with pink base and transfer-printed image of a cavalry officer on detached lid, one 1976 U.S. Bicentennial box printed with image of the Liberty Bell on cover and bottom marked by London manufacturer Halcyon Days, one rectangular box painted with flowers on a pink ground, one shaped box with silver-tone mounts hinging ceramic base to opaque pressed glass lid inscribed 'Take this for a Kiss' around two lovebirds, and one round box with fine metal frame impressed '800' on flange with under-enamel textured lining, (imperfections), largest wd. 2 1/4, dp. 1 3/4, ht. 1 3/8 in.
