Assembled group includes one small basin impressed in center of bowl with mark of Thomas Danforth Boardman (1784-1873) and the inscription 'HARTFORD' in serrated reserve; one larger basin impressed with similar 'HARTFORD' mark, attributed to Samuel Hamlin, Sr. (1746-1801) of Hartford and, later, Providence, Rhode Island; one six-inch deep dish impressed twice with 'TD & SB' mark of Thomas Danforth Boardman and Sherman Boardman (1787-1861) of Hartford; one charger with impressed mark of Joseph Danforth, Sr. (1758-88), Middletown, Connecticut, on bottom; and one thirteen-inch deep dish with impressed marks of Edward Danforth (1765-1830), Middletown, Connecticut, on bottom, largest, 33cm wide, 33cm deep, 2cm high (13 1/4in wide, 13 1/4in deep, 1 5/8in high).
