Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973) Portrait of Arthur Rimbaud, from Arthur Rimbaud vu par les peintres contemporains (Mourlot 342; Bloch 1007; Cramer books 119) Transfer lithograph, 1960, on pale green wove paper, signed and inscribed 'H.C.' in pencil, a hors commerce proof aside from the numbered edition of 97 on Rives paper (there were also seven signed and numbered proofs on Japon paper), printed by Mourlot, Paris, published by Aux Dépens d'un Amateur, Nice, with full margins, framed Image 292 x 236mm (11 1/2 x 9 1/4in) Sheet 495 x 375mm (19 1/2 x 14 3/4in) This lot is subject to the following lot symbols: AR AR Goods subject to Artists Resale Right Additional Premium.
