This rare 30 year old from The Dalmore Distillery is named 'Ceti', after the 'Kappa Ceti' star inside the Cetus constellation. 'Kappa Ceti' is approximately thirty light years from Earth, which pairs perfectly with the age statement of this fine single malt. Matured for 23 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and a further 7 years in 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts.
