A pair of late 19th century Berlin (KPM) porcelain plaques depicting two young children mounted within contemporary gilt gesso composition and wood frames the subjects probably after Helene Richter the first depicting a young girl wearing a grey apron dress and holding a small posy of flowers, standing beside a marble wall, her hand resting on a marble plinth, the second depicting a young boy wearing a brown hat and clad in a fur lined jerkin and breeches seated before a similar marble plinth and wall, the former signed to bottom right hand corner, Nieser the latter also signed to the bottom corner, A.
