Olivia Colman (as the Queen): A satin skirt suit Season 3, Episode 1, 'Olding' Custom-made mauve satin collarless jacket with three-quarter length sleeves and two bow details at the fastenings, together with a matching knee-length skirt (2) Footnotes: This is worn in the first scene of Olivia Colman (as the Queen). In the scene, she compares her younger profile that appears on stamps, an image of Claire Foy, with her older one, that is going to be distributed. It marks the moment that Olivia Colman took over from Claire Foy as the Queen. From 1953, Dorothy Wilding's image of the Queen appeared on postage stamps; however, in 1967, Arnold Machin's effigy of the Queen became the new image featured on UK stamps; the latter became one of the most reproduced images in the world.
