GEM-SET BEAR EARRINGS, 19TH CENTURY AND LATER 4.0-4.3mm pearls, untested Circular-cut pink gemstone eyes Length 2.5cm Total weight approx. 4.5g Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION Light surface wear to unhallmarked yellow metal (testing as 16-18ct gold). Some slight variation in tone of metal, some porosity visible to areas of metal. Only suitable for pierced ears. Each bear motif measuring approx. 1.2cm PEARLS Untested, off-round displaying a white body colour with some silver overtones and a medium lustre, some peeling visible to nacre under closer inspection.
