CULTURED PEARL NECKLACE WITH EMERALD AND DIAMOND CLASP 6.8-9.5mm cultured pearls Step-cut emerald Brilliant and single-cut diamonds, approx. 0.30ct total Length 64.5cm, clasp approx. 1.9cm Weight approx. 59.0g Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION Light surface wear to the unhallmarked yellow metal (reverse and tongue of clasp testing as 17ct gold). Minor spots of discolouration to clasp visible under closer inspection with some solder present to one side where link meets clasp setting. CULTURED PEARLS Off-round, displaying a cream body colour with a medium to high lustre and rose overtones. Dimples, blemishes and wrinkles present throughout, some pearls with significant wrinkling. Some peeling, nacre loss and uneven growth visible under closer inspection. EMERALD The emerald measuring approx. 6.7 x 4.9 x 3.2mm. Displaying a bright yellowish green hue, good transparency with typical inclusions eye visible (some surface-reaching), abrasions and chips to facet edges visible under 10x magnification.
