CARTIER: AMETHYST AND DIAMOND 'INDE MYSTÉRIEUSE' RING Checkerboard-cut amethyst Brilliant-cut diamonds, approx. 0.20ct total 18 carat white gold Signed Cartier, numbered ON1944, maker's mark, Swiss assay mark, French assay mark, European convention mark Ring size approx. I½ Weight approx. 7.0g Footnotes: OVERALL CONDITION Negligible wear to 18 carat white gold. Outer hoop with French assay mark (eagles head). Inner hoop signed Cartier, marked 750 49 © with maker's mark (possibly Ste BJ GD CC ICH within a horizontal lozenge) with European convention mark for 18 carat gold and Swiss assay mark (dog head). Overall in good condition. AMETHYST Measuring very approx. 12.0 x 12.0mm (depth not possible due to setting), displaying a medium purple hue with good transparency. DIAMONDS Bright and lively.
